Every child will receive a personalised beautifully wrapped present, delivered in a very special way. The adventure doesn't stop there! Enjoy a festive activity sheet, make your own magical reindeer dust, & collect a chocolate gold coin - with shortbread for the grown-ups too!

BEFORE YOU BOOK - IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION
Max. 3 children per time slot (excl. under 1s) with a total of 8 people MAXIMUM within the grotto. If you wish to bring more than 3 children you will need to add them to the basket separately in another timeslot but the maximum allowed in the grotto is 8 people at any one time.
ON THE DAY
Please arrive 5mins before the stated time on your ticket.
Our fairground rides and food/drink stalls are separate to our Grotto attraction and are NOT included in your ticket price.
Last train and bumper car ride is at 4.40pm with our garden centre closing at 5pm. Please bear this in mind if you are booking a later timeslot for our Grotto.
